So I have about 1100 square feet in a crawl space that I can stand up in. We were having issues with odor through the house, because there is an HVAC system in the same area. And anybody that does HVAC will tell you those are not 100% sealed. So I found a solution that worked and I figured I'd would share with you.
So the materials are 2 9 by 12 2 mil thick drop cloth from Home Depot total for both $6 and a tarp zipper totaling $19. Thank you to the guys that suggested that.
So I started with the celing. Cover the entire footprint + 2 inches. This will give you a tab using tape to the walls.
Then I hung the walls
Once it was done I was able to tape the overlapping tab to the wall
Then I followed the directions on the tarp zipper and it was super easy
6 inch exhaust venting and it definitely had negative pressure when the door was closed as the tent bowed in dramatically.
Anybody building a new tent on a budget. The hardest part is taking the time to get the tape between the seams. I am very happy with the way this turned out
