How's my setup look?

I quickly threw this together over the weekend. There are 19 plants under 1 1000w h.I.d and they are in 5gal buckets but only filled to about 3-4gal because of money. I was thinking about making some kind of screen to grow them under, but I haven't tried growing that way yet and I'm not sure where to start? Any positive advice is welcome.

You're either going with a SOG or suggest SCROG. Looks nice but will be crowded. That's a lot of plants under a single HID.

It looks good, But I have a few questions That need to be answered Before you throwing it on it. How do you plan to water? How do you plan on catching runoff From a flush?Those are two main questions I would ask before you put a net on them.there are a lot of options on how to build your net ifyou wanna Diy, or buy off the www. But i would figure out ur watering scheme. U can check out how i did mine works good for me.

Like I said I've never tried growing under a screen yet. I was planning on setting up a drip feed system, but catching run off water had completly slipped my mind.

Any ideas on how to black out a window but still allow air to go through it?

not knocking your grow room ,as I have had my ups & downs with grows & still having them lol ,but looks far to many plants under just the one light & the space doesn't look that big ,I would be worried with pushing 8 in there .& as said above watering issue .

Yeah I wanted to get a second 1000w over them because I have one with no hood but I'm afraid of the electric bill at the moment. A couple of these were supposed to go to a friend but he seems to have given up after his last harvest

I would just do 4-6 plants ,get yourself a 1m x 1m garland tray like the one in the link .raise it of the floor 4 inches on some sort of frame ,drill a hole in one corner of the tray so your run off/water will run to your hole ,catch tray under hole job done ,easy ,watering will be a piece of cake ,

Wow thats quite alot of plants. If you scrog with that many plants, let them stretch and trim off undergrowth.

Dam homie thats a lot of plants under 1k W. How long are you veging for? They will out grow there space eventually I might start out with less plants. Also where is the ventilation in this room. I see no fresh air intake or exhaust. Not trying to hate just seems like you could be doing this more efficiently, I always tell myself I can do better, that is if you want top meds. Good luck

I would just like to add that the wrinkly mylar as your walls is not helping your lack of light problem.
All those wrinkles reflect the light inconsistent and is actually wasting energy. Unless that Mylar is perfectly smooth I would just stick to a few coats of white paint on the wall or if a wall is not available then use the poly with black on one side and white on the other.
If tou don't have a lot of light, it's best to be as efficient with it as you can. That's just my opinion anyways.
Everything everyone else is saying is accurate tho. I think you have to many plants in there. You can do more with less in this situation.

Are those 5 gallon buckets?!!! I'm pretty sure SOG is out of the question now that he's in 5g pots.

I know sog and scrog are outta the question at the moment, I was wondering where to go from here? I wasn't planning on growing this many at once but other people backed out and I don't want to just throw them out.
