how to store seeds

I am gana have some seeds soon and i am wondering how i can store them or what way are there to store them thanks

I keep my seeds in a vacuum sealed bag along with some rice. Keep them dry, cool and out of light is my understanding.. I'm sure the list of things you could do is endless.

step 1. buy a bag of beef jerky
step 2. eat jerky
step 3. remove desiccate pack from the bag o' jerky
step 4. place in Ziploc with your seeds
step 5. store in a cool dry place

Puff..

Alright that sounds good im sure the list could go on forever to haha also do you know how to tell when the seeds are ready for harvest

Seeds are done when they are all striped and ripe looking. When they are nice and full and rounded and pushing themselves out of teh seed pods. Then they are normally ready. Takes about, 4-6 weeks I think. I never exactly took the time to see how long they took but its not that bad. As far as storing them goes, a lot of people use airtight jars or plastic containers and put them in the fridge. I just have my seeds in a dvd box on a book shelf. But if you wanna take precaution, use jars and dark cool area the whole time.

Ohhhh yeeaaaaaaa if anything, iver dry them. No heat, just dark cool fresh circulating air.

i keep them in the fridge inside a tupperware container with a really good seal.

the seeds are stored by the bunches in plastic baggies.

then, the baggies are placed inside the container w/ 3 very large dessicant sacks i scored on ebay.

keep a stash of vials too.

You can hermetically seal them in plastic bags.

How do you do that im not familiar with hermetically

I say use any of the above methods. Storing seeds isnt a science. Just make sure to save a ten pack for me

And the papi is the prophet great strain
