How to Scrog My 250w HPS Closet Grow?

I got 6 plants, 5 AK48s and 1 Skunk#1 in a closet right now.
Horizontal space is rather narrow: 100cm by 55cm (3ft by 2ft). They're 3.5 weeks vegging, about 15 cm (6 inch) in height right now. I can't let the plants grow taller than 110cm (3.6 feet), so I was originally planning to flower them when they reach 25cm (9.8 inch).

I was told to maximize yield a scrog would work good in my situation.
I read thru several tutorials but they all seem too general.

My questions:

1. How high above the soil surface should I fix the screen?

2. Just about how tall above the screen should I let the plants grow?
This got me confused because from what I read so far, you want to pull the branches that grow thru the screen down, so they grow horizontally below the screen, right?
Then again I saw a grow journal where the plants were growing way above the screen. It seemed to my untrained eyes that the screen was just there to support rather than to train the plants to grow horizontally.

3. I have them in a 4.5l (1.2 gallon) pot right now. Some say 1 gallon per 1 foot plant height, then again I was told by other guys 3l -4.5l should be enough if I want to keep em short.
Can I keep them in these pots? Cuz if I have to repot I'll have to do it asap, before I fix the screen...

Just 3 questions for now... Thanks rollitup! You already helped me so much

1. How high above the soil surface should I fix the screen?

it depends on your setup and eventual plant size. y did u choose the 3.6ft height? is that the highest the light will go? is 3.6ft the height of the plant tops, or is that the bottom of the light? for the most part its pretty much a guessing game. i say just go with what u feel is good. you can go on the lower side, incase they stretch a lot. u can still fill the screen at a lower screen height...

some people use the screen to weave the branches, and others just use it for support. it doesnt seem like theres much space in that closet for 6 scrogged plants. i dont think youll be able to weave them much

the pots theyre in sound good. the bigger the better, for the most part.

idk if youve seen it yet, but ive got a scrog tutorial in my sig. its made out of wood, and its a little big for your setup. but maybe if u used pvc instead of wood? it wont take up as much space

Thanks man... nice tutorial, tho I'm more worried what to do after I fixed the screen.

Why I chose 3.6ft? Yea, its because the highest my light can go plus the distance needed between the light and the plant leaves me with a 3.6ft plant. 3.6 ft is the height of the plant itself, from soil surface to the top, minus the height of the pot.

I heard of a 1 plant per square ft rule. My closet has 6 sq ft. But I also feel I dont have much space horizontally. Would u suggest I should get rid of one plant? Would this improve my yield?

Let me know if I got this right:

I'm going to fix the screen about 8 inch above the soil surface.
I'll keep vegging them (untrained) til they grow about 2-3 inch thru the net, then I can switch to 12/12.
The first 3 weeks I have to constantly pull them under the screen or weave them, so that the squares will be filled by new growth....
....which leads me to my next questions:

1. Is the goal to produce bud sites under or above the screen?
2. Will the plants have a longer flowering period due to the stress from all the training?

3. When do I stop with the training?

Thanks a mil!
