How to make my plant bud

Im at my 1 week mark I know it's not time but how do I make it bud and when should it bud....only natural techniques Plz

There is the one and only technique...and it is I guess 100% natural depending on how much you pick it apart...lol. I mean I use artificial "sunlight" so would that be natural? Or unnatural? Anyway ummm anytime a good number of flowering plants get less than 14 hours of light a day they will flower, so most people got with 12...when people say I switched to 12/12 it means they shortened the daytime to 12 hours...to mimic seasonal changes in day length thus causing the plants to flower...
