How to grow and take care of a cactus?

Hi Guys! I've already bought a cactus but i don't know how to grow up and take of a cactus! Someone help me please! Thanks a lot

they don't need much care.. don't water the fuck out of them..
plus what kind of cactus is it? post some pics please.. I May be of some help
