How to get woody plants to veg again?

So. Most if my plants have become woody on the bottoms and on some of the upper branches as well. The root cause I do believe is from under watering and bottoms drying out. I
have addressed that problem with proper waterings. But, besides that. I want to know if there is anything i can do to get them to bolt again. I only have a few more weeks of veg before they trigger. Open for any suggestions that will help.

Not sure I understand your problem. As plants get older and bigger, the stalks do get woody.

I also don't understand your concern ....unless your saying you have tiny plants and the stalks are like dried wood ......but if it's huge ankle size stalks that look a lil woody congratulations keep doing what your doing .....

The only reason this would be of concern is if u were super cropping or lst'ing
