Whats up westsiders, I'm planning an excursion to Cali late this coming summer. I want to stay in hostels and keep it cheap. I really want to find work as a trimmer to help with expenses.

Any tips?

go to humbolt and stand on the corner with a cardboard sign that says "Need a Trimmer?" you would be surprised how many people do it. have you ever trimmed professionally before? some guys are very particular about how they want things done. though i think someone hiring a guy off the street would be less picky.

Most growers in the triangle do not want this type of trimmer around. If you don't already have connections, stay home.

I used to be a trimmer. My friend knows the owner of a dispensary, Which is how i got the job. Some California dispensary's are non profit. Which means you will be a volunteer. I would trim for 12hours a day, 5 days a week. I didn't get compensated in medicine or money and it takes quite a lot of time to trim by hand, It was shitty.

Go to bars in Eureka and look for the toothless guy who's buying drinks with $100 bills. Ask him if he needs trimmers.
