How to convert THC to CBN

I use cannabis mostly to help me sleep. High CBN strains work especially well, but are not always available. Has anybody seen info on how to convert THC to CBN? Heating is supposed to do it, but what temp and how long to increase CBN content to (e.g.) 1%.

I recently heard that if you sprayed hydrogen peroxide on dry bud that does the trick ...google it

I suck at Google I'm not coming up with anything other than info on hair testing and other unrelated info.

when you heat up buds or trichomes. the cbn converts to thc. So when harvesting try keeping buds cold and slow dry them and slow cure in the fridge (ed rosentals tip) or in a 40 degree environment. Then eat them. never apply any heat of any kind.

Please DO NOT spray hydrogen peroxide on your buds. I don't care if it works or not.

How to degrade THC into CBN:
1) Apply low heat over time (throw it in the sun, covered, for a week)
2) Naturally over time (we're talking 3+ months in a glass jar, after curing)
3) Subject the buds to light (throw it in the sun, uncovered, for a week)
4) Volcano/etc: Set temp to boiling point of thc, run 1-2 bags worth to deplete thc. Raise temp to deplete remaining cbn + cbd, etc.

You can use any combination of these to lower the amount of thc in your smoke and convert it to CBN (which is similar in affect to CBD).

If anyone has corrections for this - please make them; as I'm writing this from my (awesome) memory. Happy toking.

In my case it is insomnia.
So am I looking for as much cbd as possible or cbn.
I don't remember the byproduct of peroxide being harmful. BUT. I'm not real bright. If it is safe and instantaneous as well as effective ill try it.
