My garden is being ravaged by these hungry little bastards. Anyone have any experience or tips on how to deal with these? Beside my mj, they are tearing up herbs, peppers, mellon, just about everything!
I bought some praying mantids, but these won't hatch out for a few weeks, then who knows how long until they're ready to tackle these sons of bitches.

I'm going to bump this old ass post....I am having a bitch of a time with they tiny pricks this year...
They eat the neem oil & azamax like it's siracha...I have been using a hand vac to suck them up...it sucks..It's really time consuming...
I am getting some sticky traps...you guys have other ideas? I'm not big into pesticides..but this has to end...
cucumber beetles = green ladybugs...

they're handsome little devils! get high an' pick them out by hand, and kill them :)
Lol. Hand vac is the tried and true. Sticky traps are good, too. Ravenous insects and there's nothing easy to get rid of them organically that I know of. Hay mulch around the base of plants keeps them from laying eggs near stems and will minimize damage at best. I delay my planting of cucumbers and squash a few weeks in hopes of missing them. Kaolin clay, row covers and using trap crops for them is recommended.

the clay works ok . but neem smothers the eggs . then i like to fuckem up with praying mantises if they are all over .
usally pulling affected veggie plants takes care of it and tey move on...
