well if not a difital meter it will be hard to test runoff cuz the runoff will be a brownish color. you can check the ph of water ging in and then you wont have to worry about runoff. if you water witha proper ph you should be fine. and to raise or higher well just adjust the ph on the next water by a few points either up or down

well 6.2 isnt really to low but if you want it a lil higher like 6.5 then just add a few drops of ph upper and test to make sure it is at the right levels

You could just be going a little nute heavy. During veg I rarely ever put in nutes unless my plant doesn't look healthy. I don't think I lower ph would turn anything yellow, might turn stuff purple though. Just my .02

when was the last time you fed, if awhile ago i would hit them with something High in N. and dont water unless the plant needs it. and yes a ph that is to low can casue lock outs and nute Def. and most signs of a DEF is yellowing. and it does not att all look nute burnt in any way.

ok so u think i should just water without nutes for now i planned on switching to 12/12 tomorrow
Why are you starting 12/12 now? They look too small should be at least 12" tall before flowering, at that size you are not gonna get that much off each plant maybe an 1/8th each plant. And if you're using CFL's less tan that.

Which CFL's are you using? and how many? you can put the lights closer about 3-4" away, keep moving the light as they grow

thtas not true, if you put them in at 12 inches witch is a good height to flower then they could get to 2-3 ft tall witch is to tall for cfls, ive flower plants at around 8 inches with lst and last harvest i got a half pound off 2 plants
