Reminds me of the occasional idiot you read about running BHO in his bathroom...then lighting up a smoke w/doors and windows shut.

I have actually seen a manhole cover blow - not like in the video but sill a awesome display off power
In large citys man hole covers blowing like that and worse are a semi common issue , It does not happen every day (usually) but mayabe one a month in NYC
In my state people stealing man hole covers is a major issue , first off people fall in the holes and hurt themself or sometimes even die , second they are 'upgrading' the man hole covers to ones that lock down so stealing them is harder , The issue with this is now if that locked man hole cover ever has a issue where it would blow, The cover would shader into shrapnel (the covers are cast iron) and seriousley injur or kill
