How tight do you pack your extractor?

Trying to find my happy place in extracting maximum yields per run on my shatter....

[7x Butane in a warm water bath, vac purge, winterize w/ 190 proof everclear, vac purge on a seedling mat... ]
[Bestvaluevacs closed column system (45g tube) as well as their pyrex vac chamber, my own pump.]

I'd put a pic up........ but I kinda spent the last 3 days smokin' the hell out of my last batch, lol. New one coming within a week or so!

Also, what kind of yields? I am only seeing about 2-2.5g from a tube of trim (fluffy bottom buds n sugar leaves) after winterizing...

Well that makes me feel better. That's about identical to my set and I get about the same return as you.

How do you like the blast tube set up? I was thinking of going that route. I hate having to hold it the whole time (bad back).

I will never go back to the open blast method....

The tripod can be a bit small for use, during the actual blasting bit, but being able to close off the valves, hold the 'tane in there for a good minute or so, then blast.... priceless... and I just got a spare 6" column w/ caps n such so I can prep a 2nd run while running the first, or jumper them together and run a 12" batch
