Arizona School Board Votes To Remove Pages Of Biology Textbook That Aren't Anti-Abortion Enough

"In response to a complaint from the Religious Right group Alliance Defending Freedom, a school board in Arizona has voted to remove pages of an honors high school biology book that ADF contends don’t show “an affirmative preference to childbirth and adoption as options to abortion” in describing various forms of contraception. ADF based its complaint to the Gilbert, Arizona, school board on a 2012 state law that bans schools from providing instruction “that does not give preference, encouragement and support to childbirth and adoption as preferred options to elective..."

AFA Wants Libraries To Dump 'Sexually Perverse' Gay Children's Book

"Bryan Fischer of the American Family Association was, unsurprisingly, upset to learn that some public libraries have been stocking “The Princes and the Treasure,” a children’s book that, in the words of its author Jeffrey Miles, "tells the story of two handsome princes who go on a quest to save a princess, but fall in love with each other, get married, and live happily ever after." Fischer tells the Christian Post that “this book is a particularly pernicious form of sexually perverse propaganda” that “no responsible library should ever include..."

this was just off the top of my head, feel free to add the ones i forgot.

The irony is you are attempting to defend free speech by using suppression of speech of people that work in an unfree and cocercively funded enterprise, government schools.

That's like shitting on the floor and then complaining about the odor, Poopy Pants.

Pretty clear and obvious censorship

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/01/31/tennessee-bill-would-require-schools-to-report-gay-activity-to-parents/

The proposal would ban the teaching of gay issues to elementary and middle school students.

why do you want to ban the teaching of basic facts to children? do you want them to be as dumb as you are?

I think it's wrong to have such stories in K-12 school libraries, or in the children's section of public libraries.

You can either teach both or not teach either, you can't teach one but not the other based on personal religious beliefs, not everybody shares those same beliefs
but don't dare call him a bigot for his blatantly anti-gay views, that is attacking his freedom of speech.

Absolutely not.

Heterosexual relationships are natural, since they enable the 2nd strongest desire of (healthy) humans: the desire to pass on their genes (the strongest desire is survival).

Conversely, homosexual relationships are not natural. While homosexuals are just as good as anybody else, and should be protected under civil rights, their lifestyle should not be glorified or taught as natural. Which is why I think their lifestyle should not be taught at all in K-12.

I think there are a lot of non religious people that have there children in public schools that don't want some teacher telling their innocent children that it is OK to stick your weenier where the poop comes out. good luck on that one.

Homosexual relationship occur in nature do they not?

A homosexual relationship is just as natural as a heterosexual relationship
