how soon to put seedlings in aeroflo 60

Can someone with a little aero experience tell me how soon it is a good idea to put them in my aeroflo. There 3 inch net cups getting filled with hydroton.
They were seeds only a few days ago but there growing fast and the tap root is popping out the bottom of the rockwool. It's probably a dumb question but I just can't afford any mistakes. I put alot into this grow and can't afford to accidentally wipe out all my expensive generics.
I'm also wondering how much if and nutrients I should have in there at the start. Right now the ppm is only about 400 with GH flora series. I only have 2 little plants in tye system that I'm trying to nurse back to health. I'm more concerned about my 15 seedlings though.
If anyone has any advice for me I'd appreciate it.
Picks are from yesterday. The roots are probably sticking out alot further now

Have the spray in for 15 minutes on 30 mins off for the first week.

The best I can do with the timer I have is a half hour one and off. Do you think that will be ok?
when do you think my very weak nutrient solution 400 PPM it's okay? In soil I usually wouldnt feed for at least a couple weeks.

And I'd use 150 ppm for first week or two
