how should i tend to my plant?

still basically a newbie in the eyes of growing crops, and have a high end clone fer probably a month now, ita growing pretty decent, but wondering what shuld i do tend ti the plant and grow larger yeilds, also someone was telling me you can do summ like make slits in the branches ti brancch them out more or something plz help

It appears as though you need much better lighting. Are you just growing that on a window sill? There's a lot of stretch there.

My advice, do lots of reading.

The two posts above me are correct. The first thing I would do is get more light to that plant ASAP then start reading. There's not much you can do until you give that thing some decent lighting first.

Little light...No.
Do you want to do this cheap, or go for the gusto?
Cheap is CFL's from the store (no incandescent or halogen), or you can get a Tent HID kit that will cost a few dollars.

If you really want to grow your own weed, I highly recommend getting a tent, HID lamps, filter and fan setup.

I probably wouldn't even fool with that plant with the way it's stretched out.

i have it under a nice hid light in the closet now, whats the best way to recouperate the dyimg leaves if therea a way? also its getting ready to grow more new sets and been keeping the latest sets healthy

Get yourself a 25 gallon smart pot....lollipop, and bury it deep into the new pot. Buy a t5...and try to keep it alive till May. in may transplant it outside and grow a beast.. The long neck can be used to your advantage mhz uses stretching to make a giant root base...by may you should know enough to grow if you do the research!

That thing is so sad looking. I would chuck it and plant a new seed/get a new clone. If I were set on saving it I would get it under good conditions, not worry about existing leaves/growth, get a healthy bit of growth, then cut the healthy part off as your new clone/plant.

You gotta start someplace so I would just try to learn as much as you can off this one. Maybe see if the new lighting helps her out. If so, read up on taking clones and give it a go. Play around with topping and low stress training (LST). I like Mr. Sunsine's idea as well.

Those dry leaves aren't coming back so see if you can get your new growth looking healthy.

Enjoy the journey, it gets easier if you stick with it.

sounds actually like the best plan thanks man, also got it in a way bigger pot now also so shouls keep growing decent, will try to keep the newer leaves nice and healthy also gonna germ some seeds and start more grows for the spring in a month or so
