How Should I Take Ambien?

Take Ambien immediately before going to bed. Do not take Ambien with or immediately after a meal.
Do not take Ambien unless you are able to stay in bed for a full night (7-8 hours) before you must be active again.

Why did you post 3 threads all about the same topic. spamming the boards wont get you a good answer. Follow the directions when taking prescribed meds that whats they are there for.

Take it by dumping it in the toilet, urinating on it and going to get a good heavy
strain of MMJ that will help you sleep.

I would stay away from Ambien! My mother took it and thought her dead husband(that passed away in January)would fix the lawnmower after I told her I couldnt get it started. Then a few nights later, she was using the basement bathroom because she said my grandmother(who passed away in 98)moved some furnature in front of her bathroom door and she couldnt get through!! The stuff is PURE EVIL!!!! Stay clear from pharm. drugs, and stick to cannabis!

sometimes cannabis is not an option.........
and ambein is habit forming, and soon you become dependant on it to even fall asleep.

try melatonin.... natures wonder drug. its cheap, and available at most grovery stores, in the vitamins section.
non habit forming, and OTC, "its the only natural sleep aid on the market that actually works as intended"- my doctor

Personal experience speaking here, I took Ambien for 18 months and the side effects I were having was nasty: headaches, memory loss, mood swings, and other minor issues. My recommendation is don't take it, I now use MMJ and am much happier and every day my memory loss gets less bothersome.

Just say no! 8)

Peace out :weed:
