what kind of lighting? yeah you can flower from seed if you so desire...

i have one other that is the same hight but it looks very thin. would it be ok to flower only one

you can do 24 to 36 hours of dark it helps tell the plant to start flowering

and about the sugar water, i don't know exactly how it works, its not a foliar spray, but the DNF set of nutes has a sweet and i've seen in growing books that adding glucose of some sort to the nute solution can ad 20% to buds.

sugar water or malasas can help your plant to grow big buds with a higher thc count however it can also attract insects and cause mildew to grow on your plant and its not spayed on its added as food this is risky business and should only be attempted by a pro do some research before you attempt anything this drastic and dont do your whole crop pick out 1 plant and keep it away from others (incase of insect attraction) iv also heard of 24 hours of dark before 12/12ing but this is only recommended if youve been on a 22/2 or higher lighting plan
