How much do outdoor plants grow during flowering?

What would you say i can count on like 2 more feet?

Depending on how big they are in the first place. Iv had a plant barely stretch in flower and then on the oyher hand i had a plant double in size during flower

Water ferts light this will effect the "stretch" as well as far as how much it grows

Depends on what kind your growing and if there in a full sun location .....if they are you can usually count on them growing .....but in my experience once you start to see the bud structure start to get any kind of mass/weight on it and the look of the plant goes from a veg type bush to well established bud sites that are starting to stack they will usually get no bigger/height wise except for the colas themselves as they are in bud production mode ......but I've had sativas grow several feet well into early flower .....infact I have a sativa dom strain that is still getting bigger /taller and I'm in nor cal .....while my indacas are pretty much topped out and have decent weight on them already not getting any taller but putting on weight instead ....kinda all depends what your growing .....good luck

At least double in size I would say. That's also the general rule I've heard and read that growers use.

Depends on other factors though.

They should be pretty close to done with upward growth at this point. Some heavy sativa might still be stretching.

Indoors you flip the lights to 12/12 and can closely gauge how much they grow after that point. Outdoors things happen a bit more gradually and by the time flowering is noticeable, the stretch is mostly done.

ballpark, indicas 50%, sativas 100+%. Net them and supercrop as needed to control height.

I have 3 outdoor purple#1 theyve stretched now i think to full height and reached 8 ft in n.w uk

Some double, some triple. Depends on a few things and if they are long leafs (sats) or wide leafs (indis)

Hmm so many different ends of the spectrum when it comes to a question like this...

I put these out July 27th...
they doubled in size


This is how they looked on the 18th of August. they were about 2 feet now theyre over 4 and twice as wide also.

Yes, how could it be otherwise?

Every strain has different growth patterns and stretching. All about genetics and environment

Grow out a few strains and pick 1 that suits your size needs always fun.
the only thing you can be certain of is the size of the seed you start with
