how many was i there to cure

i know about the one where after its tried you put it in a jar and for like ten min a day leave the lid off of it

Jars are the way to go for sure......you can always cure how the big commercial ops in Mexico do......lay all the fresh cut out on tarps for a day, flip, end of next day package it all up in bales....cures on its way to the states. If you ever got commercial brick and saw powdery moldy crap you know why although I wouldn't recommend it.
