how about this i take the 2x2x4 ft ply wood box and cut 2 holes 4"in diameter (the size of the ducts)about 6" from the top then on the inside have the cool tube hooked up to the ducts that would lead to those holes on the intake end i would put a small filter to bring in clean air and on the exaust hook up the inline fan (with carbon filter) and exaust directly outside then for the box itsself cut 2 more holes twoard the bottom and make one intake with a filter attached and the exause will be a 120mm 65 cfm computer fan the room will be lined with mylar and the lights will be able to be lowered up to the plants

That would work best, it will be more crowded in your area though and may limit the adjustment of height in your HPS. If this is the issue raise the plants to the lights, and lower them as they grow.:leaf:

Fit it together, look at it, scratch your head and improve it. That is the way of a true DIY stoner/grower.:leaf:
