I've just turned to hydro and I'm using canna aqua, gaunaklong, and rhizotonic. I'm just about to flip them I started on 5ml per 10lt and then 10ml per 10 and so on I'm on 15ml now but I'm getting a cal deficiency. Just wanted to know how many ml others use at what stage.cheers

Disclaimer, I grow in coco with canna coco, but I follow the canna chart pretty close using light feed because I have hard water.

So knowing the canna chart is pretty reliable and assuming it is for the canna aqua too, They say 18ml per 10ltr for seedlings, 22ml for veg stage, 28ml for start of flip, then use canna aqua flores at 34ml per 10ltr. This is on a regular feed so depending on what water type you are using may be different.

Do you use RO water or tap?
What's your ph range?

Edit, my first point is maybe your underfeeding

Cheers I'm using tap water and it's pretty hard water too it's coming out 7.2 from tap. I think your right with the under feeding. I think I need the light feed option too. I've just mixed 20ml of canna vega with gaunaklong. I'm gunna drain and top up but won't need no more than 5lts in the tank as the root ball is big. Do you reckon that will be ok or do I need to add a couple more ml. I'll uploads pics later as want to flip in next 4days

Try it at that and up it slightly if you don't have any issues.
Make sure your PH is in the right zone, monitor it regularly, in a small tank it changes quicker.
Read up on hydro ph and specifically calcium uptake ph, look at a few uptake charts, but beware there are a few that give conflicting info.

As I say I grow in coco which I have to ph like hydro but I wouldn't consider myself a hydro grower so that's about all the advice I can offer.

16ml per L for a EC of 1.3 with my 8.0 tap water.
PH drops to 6.4 with that dosage.
I make it up in 5L batches since Im doing DWC and let the water sit for 12-24 hours so its EC drops from 0.1 to 0.0
Then I use 3 drips of PH down to bring it to 5.4 - 5.8 PH
