How many full timers for 3k sq ft grow? Input needed please

I have been doing a 10x10 area for a few years now, using 4 spydr+ 700 watt lights I've been able to harvest between 6.5-8 units per run depending on strain.

I have the opportunity to possibly get a 3k sq ft grow going, legal as well. I currently run current culture setup, but would like input on a ideal setup of 4 rooms, 1 veg 3 flower 750 sq ft each.

What style setup would you run? I'm assuming 1k hps for commercial, how many full time people would it take to handle this operation with each room 30 days apart?

Thank you everyone who responds, have a great day growers!

depending your state . nobody is allowed in the grow room besides the registered caregiver . you will be shut down before you open .

I'm reading the OP as considering a commercial grow, so these caregiver issues wouldn't apply. Or someone has a hell of a tumor to need 3k sq feet for a patient.

Looking at roughly 96 1k lights for flowering as my state is a canopy limit of 3k sq ft, that should maybe help on determining setup and number of people needed, 3 800 square foot rooms, 32 lights in each.

Every 24 lights is a minimum 2-4 hours a day work. There ya go.

No days should be skipped, every 24 lights means 2-4 hours of work per day. So 1 full time job or 2 part time jobs by someone who has ran rooms, or more if the crew is new. On harvest day are you using a trim crew or a automatic trim?
