For 7 plants that'll take a few.. I'd bump up to T5's if you can't do HID... there is an ad on site here that has a good 4 bulb T5 at a good price, plus if you're staying with fluro's you can get red spectrum bulbs for it.. I'm using them .... Luck

Well its really like this..Ive got two plants goin now. Ive got 5 plants
im bout to add to those, and ive got a 400watt hps/mh. What im wanting
to do is use CFLs/6500k for vegging the smaller 5 out. Then ill put them
under the hps and just use the cfls for the lower parts and such because
its gonna be a grow of mostly sativas. If this info helps any :bigjoint:

Just to veg 7 plants effectively, it would take about either:
-(40) 13w bulbs [60w equivalent]
-(20) 26w bulbs [100w equivalent]
-(10) 42w bulbs [150w equivalent]
-(7) 65w bulbs [200w equivalent]

Keep in mind, these are just estimates. It would be a lot easier for us to give you more accurate numbers with more information, like your space's dimensions. IMO, invest in a MH or high-output T5's.
