Depends. On how fresh or hydrated they are. Could be twenty four hours, could be many days.

on grain usually around 20 days for me, on agar around 10 days

You need patience with this hobby.

I've seen it take. Thirty on agar but that was a dry print. Fresh ones can be rea fast.
