How long do I run the pump???

I have an aeroflo2, 60 site setup....When and how long do I run the pump?? Like do I run it 24/7, or only when the light is on, or what?????? Thanks in advance!!!!!

Run your pump 24/7. Usually 1 minute on and 4-5 minutes off is the standard. If you do not run the pump all the time your roots will dry out and your plants will die.

You can't have a true aero system sit for 12 hours with no misting. Your roots will dry out. You will need at least 1-2 mists throughout the night.
I've heard that intermittent misting can increase results. I think that this has mainly to do with res temp increase from the pump running 24/7, therefor decreasing DO and risking infection. IMO, if you are using a chiller, you can just run 24/7, though. Once your plants have good roots established, the mister gives plenty of constant o2. They do not need a "drying out" time in an aero system.

so you're saying I should just leave it on 24/7 then right?? I am getting confused lol....my timers are only good for every 15 minutes and is it really good to keep turning the pump on and off?

If you are fighting res temperatures, then put it on a timer. If it isn't too hot, I'd let it run...
