Never mind the hairs, it's the trichomes you want to get to an amber color.
Those are the little crystals all over the bud.

I just pulled in 5 oz with 1 plant. Buds that looked like that were used primarily for hash. Dude it seems pretty clear you should try more light and some proper nutes for your next grow.......GL
