How far should lights be??

Just curious on how far the light should be from the plant? And if the growth from day one to day two is average growth. Any advice welcomed thanks the first pic is day one and the second if just one day later. And I put a water bottle in one shot to give you an idea of how close the light is

You wan to be a lot further away that you are.

You need to put the light up a bit 24 inches at least, I run on 24H, last week of veg I run 20-4, it's your call each grower has his own method .
