Ya I need the joint format which was why I was panicking last month when they stopped selling the NTB cigarettes, anyway went onto amazon and bought my own ingredients mullien and raspberry leaf 1kg each £10 each and its spot on, mullien is actually a lung healer so you can't go wrong

The vaporising is def going to be the best for health reasons if one gives a fk but the couple of times I have tried it I ended up turning the heat up so much for to get a decent hit and them sure it's just the same as piping or bonging anyway every one to their own....time for a j which are few and far between these days but enjoyed all the more.
