How do I turn bho into edible capsules thx

Decarb it.....eat it.....
Dissolve in coconut oil if you wish

And decarb means heat at what temp for how long

There's no set temp..
The slower you decarb the more efficient

But really the best way is to watch the carboxyl group break off as co2 bubbles over a double boiler..
