my buds won't get that big with this strain all my other ones looked something like that, i filled 2 jars from one top from one of them. this one was said to have small buds but lots of them. by the look of it i will get about the same amount as my 1-5 cola plants if not more but they are way more frosty than even looking through the loupe the trichomes are bigger then any of the other plants and there is way more of them. i will take pictures of her in a bit of what she looks like now

That's why I asked for photos of the buds @clouds , from your first photos I couldn't see any colas. I agree with whitebb2727, its not even close to been ready.

no not from when i seen hairs from when i seen buds would say the pre flowers where about 2 weeks before that
just took some pics
this is both of them. the one with the black backing is about 4-6 days behind the one in the ground

like i said not vary big buds but this plant filled out 80% of my greenhouse. i wish i could take a picture of the whole plant but the way the greenhouse is that's the best i can do is like half shots as it cant be seen well from outside

Yeah, I saw, its your second pics I'm looking at and saying not ready.

Lets hope when they are you get a bountiful harvest, sounds like one hell of a big plant.

Try to get the best whole plant pic you can.

I'm still saying it has weeks to go.

Hairs changing color is just one part of figuring if its done.

Something is wrong if you are filling a green house up and getting a couple jars.

I can fill 10-11 jars with a 2x4 cabinet. That's good bud. That's not counting the popcorn buds.

You are chopping early.

no i mean my one plant i had just the top of it i got a few jars shes been dried and im smoking on some of her and her sisters . for this one i know im going to have to buy two boxes of jars just for her. this is as much as i can get of a whole plant. the other side has more but i cant get a picture because how its set up

Nice plant but man those buds seem small! How much light do they get a day? Are you positive theyaren't pollinated? To answer your first question though, no you don't need to flush. It would be impossible anyways.

they get sun from about 8am to 7pm more in the summer. i was not expecting big buds off this plant as its a small producer but it has potent buds as well her flowering was hit by the cold weather. i grow other plants this year for the big buds they are all harvested and curing already it has a lot of buds just small ones they will be about 2-3 grams each going by the branch that got damaged so i had to take it down as there was no way to fix it

random lowrider kush i was told it was lowrider Querkle but its way to big for a lowrider but the bud size is right

well i guess i should tell you guys how i got the seeds. my buddy works for a legal grow and he wanted to see what i could do with there genetics so he gave me a few seeds. he is now asking me what i did to this plant to get it so big as its only a small growing plant its bigger then any of the ones they grow the buds are the same size as theirs its a compact plant it should've never gotten this big. thats why so much is throwing me off with this plant its not like any of the ones i grow before that i ask for help with. the plant should of stopped growing at a max of 5 feet it vegged out side for the same time as the clones i took of it and they are tiny like they should be so i dont know

i was thinking the plant needed 3 more weeks but the trichomes are all cloudy no clear ones at all and this normally is right before i want to harvest im thinking the cold made her mature faster as now what i would normally do is wait for some of the trichomes to go amber then i would cut the next day

Don't cut. Wait a few more weeks. You just have a long flowering strain.

I've grown 16-20 week flowering strains. They take forever.

ok i will do that i will let her go as long as i can. should i cut when i see amber like normal but just keep her going until then?

Even amber can be misleading. There are strains that amber early.

I don't rely on one thing to tell ripeness. I take everything into account. Trics, size, time flowerimg, size and shape of calyx.

You are waiting for it to kind of crown. Hard to explain. The clumps of calyxes that form the bud will swell out between leaves.

It takes a little time to learn to gauge them.

Remember that cannabis can put on up to 25% of its weight in the last two weeks.

When she looks like this... Get excited.

Well, I didn't think of reusing the soil even though I've read a few posts about no till. Not sure how to do it. I'll have to read up on it. Thanks for your comments.
