How do I feed my RDWC plants? + EC/PPM/PH

I would start seedlings at .6 EC. About 3 weeks in the seedlings should be in rapid growth, so I’d help them along with 1.2 EC. Maybe a week from that time (4 weeks from sprout) you switch them over to 12/12 or you wait 14 days (5 weeks from sprout) if they’re not vegging too fast.
Whenever you start the 12/12 cycle , it’s a safe play to set it at 1.4 EC and me personally I start at the upper range 6.3 pH (regardless of stage) but most nutes want you to start at the low range of pH because it usually tends to drift upward (my nutes drift downward). By the 3rd week of flowering you set it at 1.6 and the 7th week I’ll make it a little hot sometimes (for yielder strains) 2.0 EC. But be careful with the 2.0 ec. You usually don’t need it that hot.

You should have opened with the sentence above:)

Although i dont quite agree with your ec levels

My newest nutrient

Also goes down. Now i know why i couldnt keep my ph in range.

But like a logical person i noticed even if i didnt add ph down it would drop my ph. Over a few days even starting at 7.5

Now i know why the company recommended to set the ph at 6.4 ha ha

Every time i set it to 5.8 it would be 5.5 the next day and so on
Then i REREAD the feed chart and noticed they set the ph @6.4

Now i know why . But it is weird to ph high for a drop after OVER A DECADE of phing low to rise :)

Just my 2

Yes, some fertilizer are acidic overtime, some are alkaline (it actually increase ph)

Yep just in 15 years i never had one that made my res ph go down lol i thought i had some problems ha ha .

Gh,botanicare, advanced , all make the ph rise when set at 5.8 . At least thats what i ran for 15 years lol
I'm using GH Maxi, and it drops my pH, which is nice because I have to add less pH down to balance. Every other nutrient I've used raised the pH levels.

Yea it drops your ph but over time it rises right?

Mine doesnt do anything to the ph but it does lower the ph over time

If i remember right when i used gh trio it was about 4 or 5 mills of ph down to 4 gallons of soulution to bring me down to 5.8 ish

No, it doesn't rise back up. I tend to add 1.5 -3.0 tsp/5-gallons fresh water and 5mil pH up. That will get me the same pH I was at before adding anything.

Before Maxi I was using Floro Trio, which was raising the pH. Wierd, huh! :)

Ok so maxi is a dropper then :) good to know
This stuff is the only one i have used so far that ph drops it takes some getting used to but i like it cause i can just add water to bring ph up
I dig it

grant you guys, the Op had some very elementary questions and stuff he could maybe figure, but you guys spent over a page roasting him, and post a pic of how big a great of a hydro grower you are, well i'm entitled to my opinion as well , and I was just saying there is nothing special about that plant in the pic. organic guys are blowing that way. my point is shame on you guys for thinking your to great to help someone out with the basics and then try to post about great you are. I'm not on any other boards and don't really come here that often. and i don't feel the need to post pics to show off my abilities.
