how do i complain to nirvana

i got 5 seeds from nirvana(wonder woman) the seeds were small but that didnt concern me too much -what did upset me was that i got 1 out of 5 to germ-i know that nirvana says to "contact alice" but how do i do it??--37$ for 1 good seed may not be much for some people but for me it is--i know in all their reviews they say that nirvana makes good on it but how do i go about getting my complaint to them--and i ordered "john doe" style so am i screwed?--i dont mind paying for what i get but i want to get what i pay for--i ordered the weekend wopper (10 venus fly trap for the price of 5) and i got 5 white widow--i grow outside & the white widow says its an indoor plant--WTF

White widow has always been considered an indoor plant, doesn't mean it can't be grown outside, just does better inside like nl#5 and most skunks. I would email them and explain, they usually are good about fixing problems. Good luck

All 5 of my fem Northern Light germed and sprouted no problem and they looked really small and green but the plants are doing great.

they don't have a contact us on the website?? i've never ordered from nirvana, but i'm sure if you look over the website, you'll find a way to get a hold of them..

I stay away from Nirvana and cheap seeds.Spend a little more money and use a reputable company and you will have less bullshit to deal with....peace

Nirvana is an excellent seed source and will correct problems...but you should have contacted them instead of posting here....Nirvana gives a lot less shit than riu......

Go to Nirvana Help Desk, they have sent me more seeds multiple times because either they did not arrive or they were poor germinators. In both instances they sent a brand new pack, they really are willing to help you out.

soo you guys are saying its really easy to social engineer these ppls for free seeds? just act like you did john doe seeds they say after sending seeds that get rid of form so idk
