How did everyone become interested in psychedelics?

The first time I did psychedelics I was 17. Met this trashy chick when my parents moved me a good 900 miles away from all my buddies. My buddies and I used to get high as balls on whatever weed we could manage to get out hands on. I actually found a decent hook up in those days from a mid 20s guy I worked with. Dude grew out some mexi shwag seeds and treated em well from what I'm guessing.
Anyways enter trashy girl. Ended up meeting her randomly via I met and started hooking up with. I had never done acid and she brought it up. We started hanging out and evidently she used to trip pretty frequently. We picked up 4 hits and dropped 2 each. That began a year and a half dropping acid pretty much every week and my first relationship with a crazy bitch lol. By the end of it I dropped her because that was the only thing we had in common. Have sex, do acid and deal with her shenanigans.
I didn't mess with any more psychedelics until I was like 22. New Dorm bro showed up. We bantered a bit and got to the point of negotiating keeping the place clean. Guidelines on noise and work schedules etc. Neither of us were smoking herb at that point and I brought that question. He asked if it'd be cool if he did shrooms in there from time to time. I was cool with it if I didn't have to babysit him. Dude had evidently brought a huge ass stash of shrooms with him. I had never tried em and he offered. Hell yeah new experience. Bro was one hell of an enthusiast. He had chocolate molds for them. A little dicing machine. The works. Ended up making a buttload of chocolate frogs. Ate a bunch that night. Good times were had. Laughing our asses off and watching a Captain Planet Marathon. Many more fun weekends were had until we parted ways a couple months later. I found I loved mushrooms from that first experience more than I did acid. I still do Shrooms but only every now and then. Like every 6 month or so.I just don't want that experience to get boring. It's just special to me that way.
Unfortunately my last shroom guy and I had one hell of a falling out. I've thought about putting together a small set up just for my personal use. Sporeworks ships to my front door in a day. Helped a buddy set up his stuff and got em going a while back. So I wouldn't be going in blindly.

Used weed when I was 15 and shrooms picked from the cow fields around here. But there was a drought that killed em around here. The acid around here is usually bunk but synthetic drugs scare me cuz I have met permafrys. No thanks. Didn't get back into hallucinogens untill this last year when I started extracacting dmt, bufotinen, and harmalas. Thinking about growing shrooms. $10 a gram is way to much.

Also was into the gas station salvia craze years back. Fuck that shit. She ass raped me every time. Shrooms are probly the least scary for me.

i got into it i suppose same way as most people i had smoked weed for a few years tried amphetamines mdma already then one day my friend got a hold of some lsd i had always wanted to try it after hearing what it done or what it can do so yeah thats how i became interested in psychedelics

My brother told me he can get shrooms a couple months ago. I asked my wife if she wanted to try them, she said yes. I bought a 1/2 oz.

The wife tryed them first since I had work the next day. Then me, my wife and my brother did them at his house for my first time. Played gta5 and watched ant man. (Great tripping movie)

I haven't liked the buzz from weed or alcohol since I was about 17 (32 now) but I can get on board with some shrooms. I bought a oz more and tripped a few more times maxing out at 5g trip so far.

Now im growing them. super easy and about 1/10th the cost of my weed growing setup. $200 an oz is just to much when growing them is so cheep. Wish I would have found shrooms a long time ago.

im kind of in the same zone i dont really know what draws me to it...but its not like i indulged all the time i just got down with some mushy's B+ recently and a light dose i might add and it was so great i havent had a chance to get down since even tho i have a big bag just sitting around after a successful run making them but i thought it was just a crazy out there type of thing but now after my couple of experiences ive had i learned to respect it not that ive had any problems or bad trips it was so great and now i just love the knowledge behind it all i wish to learn more into others without dipping to far beyond i can handle
