Im looking at the easiest and cheapest way to run direct 24h power to my gavitas. They will be controlled with the EL2.

Im not electrical savvy and will have a licensed tech do the work i just want to know what to ask for incase the guy trys to take me for an arm and a leg.

What i would like or something close to is 4 x 20amp 220v breakers with 3 lights connected to each. I would like the 4 receptacle box to plug the 3 lights into. Even at 1150w im just at 80% of the 20amp breaker, although il be running them on 600w.

Advice please

Run a power line from the main panel to a long 200amp sub panel, with 40 spaces.
1-2pole 20amp breaker for 2 lights.
The wire size will depend on how long your run is.
Or set up was a 180 feet from the box to the grow room
We ran #2 copper...60amp at the main and 50amp at the sub panel.
I drove a ground rod at the grow panel to save some wire

It will cost an arm and a leg if you have a licensed contractor do it without a friendly discount. Just pay it and dont do any shortcuts.

Is my proposed method a short cut or a lack of security? Let's not waste each others time with running around, respectfully

I simply get the 30 or 50 amp wall plug installed at the main breaker box or a convenient location and hardwire mostly everything from there. The wire for the 30 amp, 10/3 is cheaper than the wire needed, 8/3 for the 50 amp, sockets. Two thirties would be cheaper than one 50 amp circuit. Prices may vary. Check with electrical contractors for used electrical supplies. I scored a 70 amp sub-box for $10 etc.

For people that live in an area where they have access to the local recycle, garbage dump. Keep an eye on the local hydro company because they toss pieces of home link up aluminum 200 amp wire frequently, in 50'-500' pieces. I've gotten almost a mile of this wire.

Exactly the other option i was thinking. I can get some t104 premade timer boards 30-40amp for about 120$ each + the 40$ for the prewire dryer/stove plug. Having a tech come in and running 2 dryer/stove receptecles claiming im runnning a kiln is a easy way of proposing the work to a licensed electrician. I ran this same board for about 3 years with no issues so the trust in the product is there.

@redi jedi they sell these at hollandindustry fyi

Re read your first sentence. You want the easiest and cheapest. Doing it right is never easy or cheap.

From experience I am telling you it will cost an arm and a leg.

Why would you buy the 1000watt gavitas and run them at 600watt. Get the 750/600s if you're going to do that.

You're going to need a sub panel run from your main panel. Beakers and ton of wire. All the wire run into the house. Just to start.

I found over 200ft of 2/0 just chilling at the junk yard. I used it to upgrade my electric service. Saved me a small fortune!
