How are people getting 20 % plus yields!!!????? Please help

i just deseeded and destemmed couple os, gonna fill mason jar to 300 mls and do the soak method. anyone see any probs doing it in a mason jar?

The weed can decarboxylate at any time. Weather smoking a joint or hitting a Ti nail at about 700F. It goes through it's changes at that time.

i came into this shit pretty blind.. i wasted sooooooooooo much time and money getting to where i am..

i hate how people claim king, or or claim the best oil ever.. many people dont know fucken shit about the oils which is also aggravating..

in my town, people think honeycombs are the absolutes best.. full wax chunks, or else it aint purged.. fuck that!

when i started off on RIU, all they had was sr verdes concentrate corner.. that thing is soooooo damn long.

in my community, i try to spread ideas with local oil makers. most are pretty laid back. but then you run into the "kings, and closed minded loopies" that think they have have the secret gem.. i think the biggest tricks up the sleeves of these "oil kings" are good input material..

Okay, I understand the dumb-ass MSDS says this..blah blah.. But the fact remains, the MSDS does not list these ” impurities” for human consumption.
So, ethyl-mercaptans are NOT going to be listed on these two brands.

I've read several testimonies of those that have used the aforementioned butane brands as a solvent, and, report extreme illness after consumption.

Please so not use Ronson nor Bernzo for BHO, stock to the brands that carry the..
” Near Zero Impurities” label, it's big and bold on the can.
Newport and Lucienne are the top of my list.

I would use the large Colibri cans if they were local to me though.

Colibri seems to put out more pressure.. Usually creating a better yield.

And@GG .. I would of picked Newport over Lucienne, both are good, but something about Newport.. Just seems to be geared towards our community.

but I gotta agree with oilmkr on this one!!!! ronson is good shit (canadian stuff anyways), no smelly stuff in it. im buying tomorrow and testing it!!

what do you guys wanna see? mirror test?? sniff test?? flame test??

I'd like to see a mirror test, since I have not used ronson

Im suprised nobody on RIU has started a thread showing a mirror test for each of the commonly used brands

I tried.. ronson did so good I didnt even take a picture.. was like taking a pic of a clean mirror.

im a very picky guy with a super sensitive tongue... there was def no funky tastes with the ronson butane. or even the cheap nibo stuff from wal mart. this was a while ago and before I got a vac purge set up too!! ill definitely have to re test one day with 10 grams material, 1 can butane. all in a sep dish tons of pics.. sucks im fighting with the old lady and leaving tomorrow!!

just found a can of ronson in my shit, thinking about running it for the fuck of it...bout to do a mirror test.

I believe there is a ronson in a yellow can, which is bad.

but ive used the white/red can before with no problems. im curious to see what you guys say. some say its the worst ever, some say its good shit.

Anybody use power 5x? I keep hearing it's the generic vector. I used power the first few times out and now I switched to vector and I feel like I got a better restult. Also, is Colibri in the US bad like that? It's so expensive I'm surprised. Please advise. Thanks and best regards.

the colibri i used passed the mirror and made oil of good quality, my cans were fucking tiny for 6 bux ea. i think they were like 50grams or butane, i ran 3 for 21grams and got 4 grams of oil, this was super duper sticky weed i was waiting to find for oil. it was also the 1st time i made oil.

Yup, we do, using a 1 1/2" X 6" column on a Mk IIIA, and it makes a nice extract.
