Homemade Netting!

Not a complete step by step or anything, but useful none the less if you need a cheap scrog net. I was visiting a cousin awhile back in Michigan. His step dad was a fisherman and also loved the Ganja so he taught him how to make a scrog net out of zip-ties. Depending on how heavy of a net you need will dictate what size zips to buy. Then it's as simple as figuring out how big you need the holes and putting the zips ends together to the desired size then snip off the extra and link them together like chain mail. Kinda how a fishing net goes. You can get real creative with shapes and sizes of the net. If you're real good you can put different sizes for different plants if you do a little planning. They're are different ways of locking the zips so they don't close on you when you're working with them. I found the easiest way was deforming the locking mechanism with a heated up screwdriver.
