Homemade Bug Spray

I was reading up on a few methods to get rid of the common bugs that my cannabis plants have to put up with. I have about 23 6-day old plants, and I started with 28 and 5 of them have been eaten (or it looks like it anyway) Theres also some nice trails of slug slime on the leafless stems and a few of the pots.

Ive been creative and came up with a receipe to get rid of these bugs. It's just a mixture Iv'e put in an empty spray bottle.

It includes;

  • Water

  • Cholulu's Hot Sauce (Just a pepper sauce)

  • Chopped Garlic

  • Grinded Pepper Corns

I'm just leaving it all in the bottle for about 24 hours and then tommorow I'll go and coat the leaves in this spray. Anyway I'd like to know if anybody has tried this type of thing and if it worked well.

I have some slug pellets to.

Also if I left some chopped garlic on the top of the soil inside the pots would that act as a deterent from rabbits and other things to?

Thanks

the hot sauce probably has alot of vinegar.... definately horrible to spray on a plant.... the garlic is gonna get nasty as fuck and clog up your sprayer/ leave chunks of decomposing, water-logged garlic everywhere (tried it before myself:neutral:)....

from what i know, you should make like a tea out of your mixture, use something other that hot sauce for the pepper, and then strain the mixture and just use the water.... hope that helps a little
