Probably 5-6 in my opinion. I use a Homebox with a 600W light and five plants is the sweet spot for me. Any more than that and it gets too thick in there and I can't move my girls around as much. You might want to consider a SCROG op. You're going to need a ballast for that bulb in case you didn't know. As for strain, doesn't matter all that much but I would go with an indica-dominant strain. Generally speaking, they yield more and require less time to finish than sativas.

u have the same growing tent? 100x100x200 cm? and you using 600W light. How you manage to maintain low temp?
Maybe you share some pics..

I maintain temps with a Cool Tube air-cooled hood and an extraction fan that vents the heat away. Here's a vid:
