Hey yall, figured I'd contribute some useful knowledge about building this style flood table. I ran these home made flood tables for years with good success. It's a very productive, easy to build and perpetual system. Give me a few days to get all the info updated on here as I built this system years ago and need to remember all the materials. Here's some pictures or the system and the buds that can be grown in this system of mine.

Grow box frame was built with 2x3s but I think 2x2s would have been fine. For the walls of the grow box I used 1/2 insulation board. You can build the box to the dimensions you need. Mine was 3.5x7'. My tables are 3.5x3.5' and for perfectly into the grow box.

The tables were built using 2x6 for the flood table walls, 2x4s for the legs and plywood for the bottom of the table. For the tables lining I used the tickest plastic I could find, I can't remember the thickness but I think it was 8mm.

The tops of the tables were made with 1/2" insulation board. Holes were drilled using a hole saw to cut perfect circles for the net pots. I used x36 3 inch net pots per table. You can use whatever size you'd like. I was avg. 36oz with my Tangerine kush strain, per table, no veg time, perpetual, each month. It worked flawless and grew large single Colas
