Home appraisal coming up, should I hide the grow?

It would take me at least a full day to tear everything down and load it all in a truck, then another full day or more to set it all back up. I'm legal, just not sure how I feel about some stranger seeing this and more importantly fucking up my re-fi by telling the bank.

Anyone had an appraisal done and left their grow out in the open?

In regards to that, the kind of people who are in the market to buy a home usually aren't the same kind of people who would rob you for your weed.

As for the refi thing, that's another story.

People have mouths.

I did it, took the room down that is.
I did however leave a couple tents standing dark.
He(the appraiser) knew exactly wtf was up but didn't much give a fuck.

I had an insurance adjuster at my place a while back and had the same dilema as you. I'm legal, but I didn't want some random cat knowing my business. I tore the whole grow down, moved it, and set it back up once everything was done.

I'd err on the side of caution and move your grow. Pain in the balls, but still your best bet IMO

Although a PITA, I personally would take it down just for peace of mind because like you said people have mouths.

But at the same time, I have a friend who has a 24 light grow (Legal) and he had an appraisal and didn't take anything down and was not worried about it. He hasn't had any issues so far.

Best of luck dude.
