Howzit going people??? After buying a new house and building new rooms I have started my next venture in the fabulous world of Ganja!!!

I still have a lot to do in my rooms. I have ventilation to get finished along with the drying closet. At this point I have lights and fans set up. I ran the two 6hunids for an hour with the room closed up tight and had temps right at 83 degrees with a humidity of 45%. Out side was 79 degrees so not bad for no air coming into the room. Today the ventilation will get done!

I popped a bean from my last grow which came off of an XJ13 that was in the room with 4 plants that I sprayed with CS. It is going to be fun watching this one grow out! :weed: So far It has suffered from under feeding although it is only an inch or so tall. She is yellow because of the un-amended soil I used but is doing better now that I transplanted her into some of my Super Soil that has been cooking for the last 8-10 months.

I grabbed a Holy Grail and a Plat Bubba from a local co-op I am part of and am hoping for a great turnout!!! One of these new strains smells a lot at 6 inches tall. When the door gets unlocked and swings open, there is a wonderful smell that wafts out and say's this is going to be great!!!

I pulled them from the Solo cups and dropped them into 1 gallon pots of my Super Soil :bigjoint:

I have 20 gallons of used soil from my last round that I need to put in the #2 tub and re-amend so it can sit for 5+ months while I work out of the #1 tub-0-soil. I will get into my soil mix later when I have more time.

For those who do not know, I grow 100% Organic.... Clear water and Tea's only since everything the plant needs is in the soil!

My water is stored in a 55 gallon trash can with an air stone at the bottom. My tap water has a PH of 7.17 and a PPM of 240 so a small amount of adjustment is needed.
I need to get outside and winterize the pool and blowout the sprinklers before I forget again :cuss:So I will update later! :peace:

Sounds like you are having fun! I love the Holy Grail. Great strain. Got a friend finishing one that I started for him so I'll be sampling it again soon. Maybe a week to go on it. Anyway, keep up the good work and grow em big and fat!

Good Morning all!!

Figured I would get a few pic's up while I have the time. So far it is like watching paint dry, boring!!!!

My rooms are still in the process of being set up so they are a mess!

I had a 55 gallon trash can for water storage but it had a small leak so I pulled out the Sparkling Ice cooler. It holds 20 gallons of water which will work perfect for now or until next summer when we need it near the pool!!

I need to pick up a new air pump as the one on the floor shit the bed this morning! I am surprised it lasted as long as it did since it is for an air brush... I have another pump from a small compressor that I might see if I can use.

This is from my last grow. It came from a seed that fell out of some XJ 13 that I broke up for a joint. I had it in some Kellogg's Organic soil but it was not happy and was yellowing fast. I removed as much of that soil as possible and re-planted it in my Super Soil. She has some color now!!!IMG_0633.JPGIMG_0634.JPG

20 days from popping!

Here is my tiny veg area. Same amount of space I have been using for two years because it works and I would get out of control real fast with more space!! The door to the right is my drying closet and to the left is the Red Room!! Above is the clone area...

The Red Room!!!

Kinda crazy in there with the duct work. 2x6 insulated walls on the exterior and 2x4 on the interior with 1 inch rigid insulation covering everything. I re-used the rigid insulation from my last room so there is tape everywhere..... I might flip the light on the left so I can shorten the duct between the two lights but so far I don't see a reason to.

I just spent some quality time in the garage! :weed:

I decided today was as good a day for re-amending soil as any so I smoked a joint to my head and got busy!! :eyesmoke:

Here are a few pics of my soils and what I add to my used soil prior to it sitting for a few months.

The tub on the right is tub #1 and has been sitting for I forget how long exactly but it's been awhile. I will have to look back....

Ok, I looked back and I started it in January. I have used some and replaced some over the months while refining my mix.

The tub on the left is tub #2 and is the one getting mixed up today. It is full of my last grow plus some from a few other plants.

So I pulled some of the soil from tub #2 and put it in tub #3 for clones and the such.. Don't want to over do it with the clones!!

Yep, those are roots from the last round..

Here is my stash of amendments. I have no exact amounts of any of it, I just toss some of this and some of that in there :o:roll::mrgreen:IMG_0646.JPG

For the most part I add a lot of the mushroom compost, chicken manure, steer manure, earth worm castings and kellogg's garden soil. Basically about a 3rd more...

Then I add a few cups each of alfalfa meal and green sand, half a cup of Ironite plus, 1.5 cups each blood meal and bone meal, a cup of Epsom salt, 1/2 cup of the Jobes organic fertilizer and a cup of dolomite lime. The flower girl is for teas later down the road.

The Kellogg's garden soil is very fibrous. I like what it does for the soil mix but it needs to be mixed in the right proportion. I found that too much is not what these plants like. It is a great filler and breaks down relatively fast.

Here is what my soil looks like after cooking..
It is very soft to the touch with a coffee ground consistency (Yes I dump all of my coffee grounds in my tubs). The aroma is wonderful and earthy!! :dunce::mrgreen:
Just add perlite and you are growing!!!

It's like a big silver snake  Do you have both 600's in there? Can't wait to see it looking like a jungle because you have no self control ;)

We have alot in common you and I :bigjoint:

LOL!! I feel that I should have made a larger area but I love a large garage!!

yepper, both 600's are set up. The wife looked in there and said, You need two more of those lights!!!! She thinks I need to replace my veg lights with a ballast and MH bulb. I love my wife!!!! It must have something to do with the Co-Op telling me to bring all of my overage to them instead of giving it away.

I am already thinking I am going to over do it just like you!!!

As for my soil... The wife was in the garage looking at my rooms so I pulled the lid off of tub #1. She grabbed a hand full of soil and said.. "It's so soft!!" " can I have it for my indoor grow room??" I was like NO!!!

We set up part of the laundry room for the wife's garden and I do share my soil with her. After all, a happy wife is a happy well... wife!! And if she is happy, I am not getting yelled at.. LOL!!!
