Hollands Hope

I know this is a old variety, but I decided to give it a try, I was looking for a hardy outdoor variety when I chose this one, but this was a first time seed purchase, usually used bag seed in the past. Was wondering what to exspect as far as quality, and quanity grown from other growers.

never grew or smoked Hollands Hope but think this an interesting thread. Most threads on here are on "new" strains from TGA, Cali Connection, Barney's Farm, ect... I have been wanting to grow some of the older strains as well. Hollands Hope was one I had thought about actually.

It smokes up weak but it gives huge buds even on the smaller plants.

I guess I picked a not so good of variety to give a try, a couple years ago a friend gave me a few white widow seeds, they reached a height of 6 ft tall and the smoke was awesome, but it seemed a little more difficult to grow compared to bag seed, so I figured I would start out with a easy one this year. And at the same time I was really not sure about purchasing seeds via UK, and didnt want to take a chance with a more exspensive strain, next year I will feel a bit more confident, and pay more for some quality seeds.
