I do not hate the government I hate liberal policies that destroy what the purpose of the government is.
government officials at bathroom doors to check birth certificates so that this person is forced to use the men's room?

making idiots like you piss into a cup and deny you your government welfare check if you've been smoking cannabis?

monitoring every pregnancy in the united states so that no woman can exercise personal autonomy?

I saw the sequel with my best friend Jim when we were around 15. The theater we saw it in (NY, long closed) was filled with people smoking cigs/stogies/weed, drinking wine, laughing it up, etc. This place had thick amber glass ashtrays well into the 90s. The intro isn't particularly 'scary' in the traditional sense, but the hopelessness/stark nihilism of the post-nuclear holocaust coupled with the sudden CRUSHING of the skull/bellicose music swell caused a collective jump/gasp.

Fantastic speaker systems in some of the older theaters.
