I Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello.
I've been growing my own cannabis for about 20 years now and I've just finished the horticulture diploma program from Guelph University with specializations in cannabis production and greenhouse production. Diplomas are great, but they're really just a paper trophy compared to the wealth of experience that I see in these forums.
My own experience is limited to growing my personal supply outdoors in containers on my rooftop deck over the summer, and propagating some clones here and there so I can help friends and neighbors do the same in their own space.
It's great to be able to legally purchase cannabis products from retail shops, but I find it much more enjoyable and satisfying to consume a product that I've put the time and care into cultivating at home. I believe that everyone who has an interest and some space to grow plants should consider growing their own cannabis supply. It's a great way to ensure your own stable supply and to avoid marked up retail prices and taxes. Whether you're growing cannabis, cucumbers or chrysanthemums, gardening helps to create a deeper awareness and understanding of our connection with the earth and our environment .
I hope that I'm able to contribute as much as I learn from the discussions here.

Cheers :leaf:
