High CBD strain trade Greater Seattle Area

Hi there! I'm a patient in Washington looking to trade high CBD strains. I've tried craigslist but the people there are always in it for the money and horde anything rare. I have a harlequin mother and I'm looking for a confirmed high CBD strain with which to breed her. I'm willing to trade seeds and cuttings. I have some plushberry seeds, some jack seeds, and seeds from the breeding of plushberry with lemon haze, gdp, and chocolate kush. I am looking to trade with legal patients only, or those with licenses.
