Yea, that should be fine. Worst case, you get some seedy bud. No harm done. The only time I'd really recommend against it, is if you are in the middle of a big breeding project, and can't risk stray pollen. These "hermie" offspring would be good to use for testing any new techniques, as well, such as LST, topping, nutrient comparison, etc.. There would be no wasting of your best seeds.
