Hermies in Action

Hi guys, awesome post I think I need to venture here some more.

can you tell me if this is the sign of a hermie plant, I think i've caught a few early as I only noticed the change over the past 2-3 days.

I'm not sure if this is the early signs of them changing as all other plants are showing female bits.

Would highly appreciate any comments and I will surely comment back around here.

J.

PS: this is the top off of one of the plants I assume is going Hermie, if i'm mistaken then i've lost a nice 1/4 oz.

if the hermi has already started seed production, and I got 2 that are suspected of not being hermi, do I have to worry about them getting polinated?

they're all in in the same bin, in cramped quarters.

you want to move the hermi plants away from your female plants or else your entire crop is going to be ruined with seeds.

You could collect pollen from it and use it to make feminized seeds with any other female.
I had one headband seed. Planted it, When it was a foot tall i put it under 12/12, It is just now showing male and
female traits. My ? is. Is this plant useless? I want the strain, Is there a way to achieve this with a hermie.
I have a strain growing now (webfoot)that is good to breed with. I have males and female plants.
Thanks in advance for any info.

Guys I have the same dilemma as well. I got the seeds from a load i smoked once. I don't care for potency since I barely do it for my knee pain. When it started flowering 2-3 weeks ago the male flowers were obvious but now I can't tell. I tried and picked up the obvious ones but I can't tell now if there are any male sacks left or is just the female sacks ready to spread hair. Can you take a look at the picture and let me know? By the way, I know that stressed plants might show male flowers..I picked those up on the second week when the plant was stressed due to light change and pot change.

iwell i am a noob but i have got some anwsers to some of your questions, A hermie will most likely produce hermies from its own seed. you can polinate a female from a hermie and have 50/50 shot of feminized seeds. DONT keep hermie anywhere it can polinate the girls if you dont want seeds. polin can get on u and ur clothes and still transfer pollen, I currently got a hermie here are my pics. so far he didnt polinate my girls i got him before the bananas came out. i cut his balls off and gave him to my mom so we will see if it polinated it self. or if cutting all balls off works :)
