In the USA, where flowers are the favored product, hash isn't usually readily available on the black market.

My understanding is that hash and other concentrates are becoming increasingly prevalent at dispensaries and the like.

In particular most of the large commercial growers are now recycling their trimmings into hash rather than just tossing those away.

Outside the USA, particularly the Middle East and much of Eastern Europe, hash is much more common. In some markets its nearly all hash, and you'd have a hard time finding flowers.

way over generalized! and pretty incorrect....

I've been doing pot "cocktails" for years...... for effect and taste. It's especially useful when you begin to build up a tolerance to a particular strain.....

as soon as i get an apartment i'll hopefully be growing at very least 4 or 5 plants for personal use..
i'd grow like double that, except im just not sure how hard it'll be keeping 5 plants hiddin away in an apartment.. not to mention the new crime bill that Harper's passing

that's when i'll be doing some crazy ass blends..muahah

Well, you're right. When I say "its not readily available", I should have been more specific. Its really largely dependent on geography. If you're in or near a big metro area you can probably get hash, though its potentially going to be quite a bit harder to find than flowers. You certainly can find hash in the most pot-legal or friendly jurisdictions.

But are still big swaths of the country out in the "boonies" where finding hash is going to be tough, if even possible at all.

In my neck of the woods, you can find all the crank you like (though you probably shouldn't). "Bath salts"?. . .no sweat (again, not a good idea). Hash. . .no chance. Its just not available anywhere unless you make it yourself.

Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, still mostly hash country, and I'd imagine that's true of most of the Gulf States as well.
Greece, hash is still more popular than flowers, and I know that's true of other parts of Europe as well.

I do see some hash, produced by some local growers, once in a while. It's expensive, around $25 a gram, if not more. Pure trichomes, by way of cold-water extraction. It's something special, to be sure.....

yea last time i had my hands on some it was 30 a gram and that was 3 years ago..it was at this 3 day rave and me and a couple buddies finally got some hoots, smoke a nice bowl of hash, and passed out for 4 hours of the day.. something special indeed haha
