This is depressing. I'm not sure if I'm even going to recertify next year. I think it is safer to grow illegally and stay off the radar altogether.

Not really man. You don't really have to worry much if you are staying legal and not selling it. The only thing I have to say is if the state isn't going to back the law they don't deserve the money they are making off of it.
